1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Photta ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Photta is an AI-powered SaaS platform that provides virtual fashion photography, product visualization, and AI-generated content creation services.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

2.1 Available Plans

Photta offers the following monthly subscription plans:

2.2 Welcome Bonus

New users receive 10 free credits upon registration, valid for 30 days.

3. Credit System

Credits are consumed based on service usage. Subscription credits expire at period end. One-time purchase credits are valid for 30 days.

3.1 Credit Costs

• AI Studio: 5 credits/pose (+ 2 for HD, + 4 for Premium)
• AI Upscale: 1 credit (2x) or 2 credits (4x)
• Pose Changer: 2 credits/pose
• Video: 4-38 credits (varies by duration/resolution)

4. Subscription Management

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel anytime and retain access until period end. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

5. Content Ownership

You own all AI-generated content. Full commercial use rights with no attribution required.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for technical errors, billing mistakes, or service outages exceeding 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR SPECIFIC AI RESULTS. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
