General Policy
All sales are final. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:
- You experienced a technical error that prevented you from using the Service
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
- You experienced a service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
- You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contact us within 24 hours
You Are NOT Eligible If:
- You are dissatisfied with AI-generated content quality (results vary)
- You did not use your credits before they expired
- You violated our Terms of Service
- You simply changed your mind after using credits
How to Request a Refund

- Transaction date and amount
- Detailed explanation of why you believe you're eligible
- Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages)
We will respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation vs Refund
When you cancel your subscription:
- You retain full access until the end of your billing period
- All subscription credits remain usable until period end
- Your subscription will not renew
- You are NOT entitled to a refund for remaining days
