General Policy

All sales are final. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • You experienced a technical error that prevented you from using the Service
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
  • You experienced a service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contact us within 24 hours

You Are NOT Eligible If:

  • You are dissatisfied with AI-generated content quality (results vary)
  • You did not use your credits before they expired
  • You violated our Terms of Service
  • You simply changed your mind after using credits

How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction date and amount
  • Detailed explanation of why you believe you're eligible
  • Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages)

We will respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation vs Refund

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain full access until the end of your billing period
  • All subscription credits remain usable until period end
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • You are NOT entitled to a refund for remaining days
